Our proposal for an apartment building takes into careful consideration the pre existing house designed by Mexico City architect, Mario Pani. In order to achieve the maximum preservation of the original house, the 12 story building is placed on the garden and bedroom wing which had been badly modified.

The new building takes into consideration the orginal design of the house through a thoughtful color scheme and façade rhythm developed in collaboration with painter Adriana Jiménez. Light colors, bronze handrails and repetitive elements make up most of the design.
