Tres Torres comprises several acres of land being preserved and turned into a very low density residential development. All the natural features of the site are being taken into account so that every corner of Tres Torres has its own unique feel. Up north, where the pine trees are older and taller we are developing more introspective properties, while on the southernmost tip views are taken into consideration making the best of the panoramic sights that flow form the Nevado de Colima down to The San Grabriel Dam and Tapalpa.

All road’s cross sections are very minimal and simple, ample enough for just one car at some places at some spots can handle horses, mountain bikes and hikers. The smaller hiker and bike trails intertwine with car roads as least as possible.

The main entrance is conceived as a major stone gate that has storage area, security and administrative offices, horses, and storage for dirt bikes. It’s most representative feature is a wooden lookout tower that, together with two more towers on the north and south roundabouts gives the place its name: Mayorazgo Tres Torres.
