Proposal for an apartment building and conservation of an Ignacio Diaz Morales house. The building consist of two L schemed florplans rotated 180 degrees and united in the center. 2 elevator are used two solve the verticality of the scheme. On the ground floors some commerce, and amenities are conveniently housed. Only brick and brick pigmented concrete is used throughout the design.
