Casa SC is solved taking into account the very particular shape of the property. It's triangular shape is solved by stepping the volumes of the house forward in the main façade to take advantage of the plot's area, while at the same time solving the project in a very straight forward, logical shape.

The main entrance to the house consists of a low wooden volume which follows wooden outdoor siding on the first floor of the house, the siding runs the full length of the façade enclosing 2 small patios and each end.

On the other side of the property, which is more regular but has a building restriction of 5 meters, a green area serves as garden to the house. Parallel to this garden the main social areas of the house are aligned: kitchen, dining and living areas. The living area has a height of 4 meters and is divided into 3: a sitting area, a TV space and a reading corner topped by a light wooden structure with an open studio.

From the main entrance and the living room a staircase connects the basement, main floor and second floor, which consists of 3 bedrooms. Half a level above that, over the living room, is the master suite.

The façades of the house consists of brick with light colored cement paste. The wood framed windows are placed in accordance to the interior's needs, resulting in an abstract composition.
